Bigger and better:
Since that time the computer industry has moved on and we have moved with it. Determined not to allow the grass to grow beneath our feet we pushed out boundaries to include graphic art & design and business solutions. Since we rely heavily upon the internet as part of our communication structure we developed the 'Craftword Communications' group which specialises in computer and telecom-based business solutions and offer services to businesses in Leighton Buzzard and the surrounding Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas.

Craftword – a quality product:
Working around the philosophy 'Its easier to keep a customer than find another' we go a long way to keep our customers happy. During a regular feedback exercise recently, one customer told us " . . .we have worked together over several years to develop the magazine which I edit. Craftword have always been professional and enthusiastic, producing a good, clean documents and adapting skills and software to meet our needs. " (Editor:  Fragile X Society Newsletter).

The major players of the company are Linda, head of Graphic Art & Design and Secretarial Services, and Dave, head of Telecommunications.  Both have been partners for a number of years - equalling between them over 50 years experience in both fields.
